The first winery where we stopped actually was a distillery first.

This was the only victorian example we saw during our tour. The purpose built winery was out back. The skys were so overcast that I thought this photo deserved a few minutes of touch up in contrast & colors.

These were special stainless steel barrels that could contain two products at once in an over / under configuration.

This purpose build winery had the most well tought out process flow. ...apparent to any engineer who makes a living by streamlining processes. ;)

The barrels were gravity fed from the stainless steel drums on the floor above.
